I was too young when The Chills last came to the states so when I noticed the date for the Dunedin Heritage Festival I devised a plan in my head. I'd never been beyond the Mississippi so some might have thought this a stupid idea so I kept it to myself that I bought 2 tickets for the show. Next thing I know, I am on a plane with my girlfriend to Dunedin via LA/Auckland. It was a wonderful week on the South Island and the funny thing is that wanting to see The Chills was my primary reason for going. I've been wanting to go back ever since.
